Structured Day Program services are individually designed services, provided in an outpatient congregate setting or in the community, to improve or maintain the waiver participant's skills and ability to live as independently as possible in the community.

We have recently opened a second location of our Structured Day Program in Walden, NY. to add to our program in Wappingers Falls, NY .  Here,  individuals meet during the week for our social model Adult Day Program.  Being together, accessing the community and engaging with others is the recipe for a more fulfilled day!
